She tried very hard to get me into a property I was interested in immediately, as I had a very tight timeframe. My husband and I ended up making a series of appointments with her, being shown multiple listings each time we met. Maria always kept in mind our top priorities in a home. One home we walked into she could tell it had mold by the smell inside so we did not waste our time. Maria has the best connections to help you close no matter what may come up with regard to closing. Trust me, we had a few things come up last minute. One item was my daughter's homeowners insurance was going to cost them around $12,000.00 per year. She connected us to her excellent homeowner's insurance guy who told us to put clips to secure the roof in a hurricane which saved my daughter about $9500.00 per year.
