Reservation Process
- Submit Priority Reservation Agreement and Information Form along with $1,000 deposit
- Liberty Harbor Sales Team processes your agreement and deposit
- An Information Package is sent to you along with a copy of your signed Priority Reservation Agreement
- Liberty Harbor Team will call, mail or email you with information as it becomes available.
- The Selection Book (floor plans and pricing) and a Power of Attorney form will be sent 2-3 weeks prior to launch. It will be sent overnight, therefore it is essential that we have an overnight address.
- Contracts will be written and sent to the successful Priority Reservation holders for signature and the remaining 10% due.
- An additional 10% deposit is due at ground-breaking
- Property will be closed 18-24 months from contract.
