Reservation Process

  1. Submit Priority Reservation Agreement and Information Form along with $1,000 deposit
  2. Liberty Harbor Sales Team processes your agreement and deposit
  3. An Information Package is sent to you along with a copy of your signed Priority Reservation Agreement
  4. Liberty Harbor Team will call, mail or email you with information as it becomes available.
  5. The Selection Book (floor plans and pricing) and a Power of Attorney form will be sent 2-3 weeks prior to launch. It will be sent overnight, therefore it is essential that we have an overnight address.
  6. Contracts will be written and sent to the successful Priority Reservation holders for signature and the remaining 10% due.
  7. An additional 10% deposit is due at ground-breaking
  8. Property will be closed 18-24 months from contract.
