Liberty Harbor is a 110-acre “Resort Residential” community located in the Golden Isles and more specifically, Brunswick, Georgia. Our property rests on the North shore of the Brunswick River with 1350 feet of waterfront. The community is a quick 4.6 miles to the Atlantic Ocean and only two miles to the Intracoastal Waterway. The Development will consist of 238 home sites and approximately 1400 condominium residences. Our amenities include a proposed 350 wet slip marina with 1050 slips of dry storage, a private Beach Club on Jekyll Island as well golf membership privileges at Sanctuary Cove, a new Fred Couples Signature Golf Course less than 10 minutes from the property. Our home site footprints will range from 40’ x120’, 40 x 135’ and 45 x 130’. Pricing for home sites will average $300,000.

Our sales event will take place on June 24, 2006. Phase 1 will consist of releasing 132 of the 238 home sites and 168 condominium residences. This is a proposed number and is subject to change. Buyers of home sites will be expected to close 30-45 days following the sales event. Liberty Harbor will offer its residents a group of select custom home builder’s which will make up our “Featured Builder’s Program”. Home sizes will range from approximately 1800-5000 square feet. All designs must be approved by an architectural review board that will approve each plan before commencement of construction.

Approved builders requirements:

1. Financial backgrounds, model and spec plans and references (customer, developer, financial, broker.)
2. Builder's will be asked to select five lots prior to the June 24th Sales Event.
3. Must construct a Model and a Spec. Home.
4. Must follow all design guidelines and builder agreement criteria.
